These generic questions are like nails on a chalk board for me…it brings chills of frustration to me when I hear those questions to begin with.

The obvious answer to those questions are – “DUH, ya u do or I will not even be here!” Then I can imagine you want to smack me on the back of the head as well! For I should have had the common sense to be your mind reader!

I have been an internet marketer for some time now and I accidentally ran into this company called Market Health after doing some research on how to legitimately work from home. I was also duped into some scams on some pretty crappy work from home programs that FAILED to work.  I placed a lot of time and energy into these scams thinking, hoping and praying these would work for me. 

I didn’t just sit there and wait for the money to roll in I REALLY tried to work these “businesses” but I spent a lot of time and money on these….

Until….I found Market Health!!

The Referral ID on my web site does not match my affiliate account. What do I do?
Chances are, you found us through one of our affiliates. When you clicked on the affiliates link, Market Health placed a cookie on your computer so the affiliate that referred you would get credit for the sale or sign up. When you signed up as an affiliate and started marketing your own links, chances are, this cookie is still on your computer and their code is showing up on your website instead of yours. If the referral ID on your website does not match your affiliate account, you need to clear your cookies and cach on some browsers such as Firefox. You currently have a cookie on your computer from another affiliate and this is why you are not seeing your referral ID. If you see 680256, this is an ID that was placed when you visited one of our sites with no affiliate ID.
I looked at the price of the product and my payout doesn't add up to 50%. What gives?
Market Health sends out discount newsletter offers to your current customers. You will see these orders come into your stats as "Newsletter". These newsletter offers almost always come with a discount coupon. We also give a 10% discount coupon to customers that abandon the shopping cart system in an attempt to recover the sale. As always, you will still be making 50% of the sale, whatever the price is on checkout.
How do I become a Super Affiliate and make 60% per sale?
If you are doing more than 20 sales a day, contact our sales department at info @ markethealth.com and one of our representatives will review your account and increase your payout's.
Do your web sites have cookies?
Yes. All of our web sites collect cookies from your referred customers computer. If a customer decides to leave the web site and come back one month from now to buy you still get the credit! Each cookie is good for 30 Days.
Will I get credit if a customer orders by Phone, Mail, Fax, Check?
Yes. All of our order options will follow with your affiliate code including phone orders with a reference code so you get credit for all payment options your customer decides to use.
Do I get credit for re-orders? How much?
Yes. When a sale comes in with your affiliate code and the customer comes back to re-order, you will get full credit for the sale. Re-Orders are paid the same commission as an initial sale...50%. All auto recurring customers are paid on the initial sale only due to the high number of charge backs and returns on this type of customer.
Do you allow affiliates to market house offers on EBay or Amazon?
No. We have two authorized dealers for each of these auction sites and do not allow affiliates to compete or liquidate our products on these sites. We have this policy to ensure the integrity of our product lines.

How does Market Health work?

Do I get credit for the sales that come through the newsletter sign up form on my site?
Yes. We track your affiliate ID along with the newsletter sign up and you will receive credit for the sales for the life of the customer.
Why do I have to enter my Social Security or Tax ID # to sign up?
You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number upon registration. Market Health Partners Program will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities or a 1042-s for all foreign entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more.
How do I change my account information?
You can make changes to your Market Health account by logging in to your Stats page via the Market Health page and then clicking the "Change Account Information" button. If you need to change the Social Security Number, Tax ID, or check payable name on your account, due to IRS regulations, you must sign up for a new account.
What if I forget my password?
Please contact our Support Team. Include your full name and Partner ID, and we will send the necessary information to the email address listed on your account. If you've forgotten your Partner ID, please include your address and zip code as they appear in your account information.
How much will I be paid?
You will be paid the specified CPA on the offer page for each sale placed with your referral code or branded store. Plus, you earn 5% of all commissions earned by any webmaster accounts you refer as a Market Health Partner. Please refer to our terms and conditions for the full details of the Market Health Partner Payout.
How and when will I be paid?
Get paid for your hard work right now. Commission Checks are sent twice a month on the 1st and 16th with a $20 minimum. The House offer sales you generate from the 1st - 15th get paid on the 1st of the following month. The sales you generate from the 16th - 31st get paid on the 16th of the following month. Therefore, there is a two week accounting period before you receive your payout. Network offers have a 4 week accounting period.
Why haven't I received my check?

If you have money due and it has not been received, chances are you have not met the minimum payout or you changed your address in your Market Health account during our accounting period. After you change your address in your Market Health account please send us an email at Customer Service letting us know. You may also want to double-check the address information listed under your account. To do so, log in to your Stats page and then click the "Account" button to update your information.
